Customer service is hugely important to us - we're commited to providing the following key services with any of our training courses:
1. Pre-course information - we will send you and/or your workplace pre-course information which will let you know key details about the course content and timings.
2. Participant support form - we want to be able to support participants during our courses. If participants have any additional learning needs such as dyslexia, visual or hearing impairments please let us know so that we can help.
3. Participant and customer feedback - we want to continually improve the way we work and we will always seek to gain feedback post-course about what was good and about what we could do differently next time.
